SUMMARY: Alien (1979) follows the crew of the commercial spaceship "Nostromo", awakened to investigate a mysterious signal from a desolate planet, leading them to discover a deadly extraterrastrial lifeform that stalks and kills them one by one, forcing Warrant Officer [Ellen] Ripley to become the sole survivor and confront the creature in a fight for survival, ultimately realising their employer KNEW about the alien and prioritised its capture over the crew's lives, culminating in [Ellen] Ripley destroying the ship and expelling the creature into space.
