GOD.
In “GOD.,” Kendrick flaunts his successes, how it feels, and why he works so hard. Throughout the track, Kendrick compares the sensation to
“what God feels like.”
In the first verse, Kendrick talks himself up with all of his achievements only to be reminded that he’s a mortal man in the second verse on. In a sense, he’s reminding other rappers who see themselves as God that they’re not in charge.
