THE ELECTRIC MILE: ENTERTAINMENT & DINING

ASSIGNMENT OVERVIEW: To create a designated entertainment and dining district in downtown Savannah for visitors, tourists and locals by designing easy-to-navigate way-finding systems such as concert posters, designing simple-to-use maps, and creating advertisements and campaigns through social media posts.

When people come to visit Savannah, people don't often tend to realise just how hard the city is to navigate. Their wayfinding systems are hard to locate, the boundaries are not clear for tourists and the city is just not meant for vehicles to be driving around on. For this assignment, I was tasked to create the boundaries for the city of Savannah as well as creating posters for local events, a consistent logo for the Electric Mile, as well as creating a multitude of advertisements and campaigns to help drive up revenue and encourage tourism.
