Lyrically, Kahan often explores the lingering weight of mental illness, body dysmorphia, and depression. He has been remarkably candid about his own struggles and launched "The Busyhead Project", a mental halth initiative that has raised millions of dollars to expand access to care.

"OUT-OF-BODY" DOCUMENTARY:  Kahan also released an intimate documentary titled "Out Of Body" which gives fans a vulnerable look behind the curtain of his sudden rise to fame. It focuses heavily on his family dynamics, including his relationship with his father (who has a brain injury), his own experiences with burnout, and the emotional complexities of returning to his hometown as a global star.
